Franks Elementary is committed to building relationships with our colleagues, families, and community to ensure our focus is on creating an atmosphere in which students feel respected, loved, and valued so they can become academically successful. Four-star teaching happens at Franks Elementary through an emphasis on the following: communication, care, respect, and collaboration. At Franks Elementary, we provide students with every chance to be all that they can be. We are a proud "Midland Values Project Flagship Campus" and we host community and district trainings on a monthly basis. In the spring of 2019 we implemented Restorative Practices and will continue this work in the coming school years.
