ID Badge Information
If you are needing to pay for a replacement ID, new plastic cover, or lanyard, please click on the image on the left or the word RevTrak and you will be directed to RevTrak website. Login or create an account, to be able to pay with a credit card. An emailed receipt will be sent to the email you provide and a notification that a replacement ID has been paid for will be sent to the librarian.
Instructions for RevTrak:
Log in or create an account
Under Browse select Franks Elementary
Click on Franks Cell Phone and ID Badges Replacements
Under General Fees:
Select “ID” (Complete setup)
Select “Plastic Cover”
Select “Lanyards”
In the next box enter:
Students first and last name
Student ID Number
Grade Level
Click Add to cart and continue to check out
Please note that a small service fee (4%) will be charged for the convenience of paying online.
If you do not have a credit card or would prefer not to use RevTrak, please reach out to the librarian to discuss an alternative form of payment.
